Under operation mode of the equipment, the wall scraper can scrape closely against the bottom and the wall of the pot automatically. 7. For electrical control parts, man-machine interface automatic control is used; For PLC, touch screen and vacuum pumps, Siements' products are used, PANASONIC transducer and German button switches are used. 8. Both electric heating and steam heating are used. 9. Parts of the equipment that contact materials are made in SUS316L(SUS304). 10. Inner surface of the pot was polished to grade 300EMSH.
